Flavourtech’s long-term customer, Australian Vintage Limited (AVL), talks about working with Flavourtech over the past 30 years and the level of service and support offered.

Chief Winemaker, Jamie Saint, talks about AVL’s use of the Spinning Cone Column (SCC) for dealcoholisation of wine and production of full-flavoured low alcohol products. Flavourtech’s Centritherm evaporator is also installed at the Buronga Hill facility for concentration of grape juice without damaging flavour OR colour.
