Spare Parts and Service Coordinator – Griffith, NSW
A unique opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic Flavourtech team in Griffith as a Spare Parts and Service Coordinator. The successful applicant will play a key supporting role for providing and maintaining the sale process for spare parts and service for the After Sales Department. Duties will include:
- Receiving and engaging after sales support inquiries from both domestic and international customers, via email, web and telephone
- Communicating with customers on the status of their orders
- Reading and interpreting of technical drawings
- Providing timely and accurate advice on spare parts to customers
- Prepare service quotations and parts lists
- Prepare and maintain scopes of works and service contracts
- Prepare suppliers manuals for all projects as directed.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments within Flavourtech
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Some knowledge on international freight and logistics, a background or interest in mechanics, engineering, manufacturing and/or technical service
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with some experience with ERP software
- A sense of urgency to achieve results and a commitment to customer satisfaction and service requirements
- Exceptional (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work unsupervised and also in a team environment
This is a permanent full-time salaried role, Monday to Friday 40 hour week. A salary package will be negotiated commensurate with qualifications and experience.
