Accountant – Griffith NSW
We are seeking an Accountant to manage core accounting, compliance, and reporting functions across entities within our group.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating month-end processes, overseeing payroll and statutory compliance, supervising junior staff, and supporting both Australian and international entities. This role is ideal for a motivated finance professional ready to take the next step in their career. It will suit someone who will enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing and international trade environment, values ownership and accountability, and is confident managing financial and compliance processes from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations
- Manage payroll and ensure related compliance obligations are met
- Prepare statutory returns, including BAS and payroll tax
- Oversee accounts payable, creditor payments and corporate card controls
- Support international trade activities, including capital invoices and Letters of Credit
- Assist with audit and budget processes
- Liaise with external advisors to ensure compliance across group entities
- Supervise and support finance and administrative staff
To be successful in this position you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance (or experience and working towards qualifications)
- At least two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. Exposure to the management of international finances would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of payroll, BAS, payroll tax, and compliance requirements
- Some experience in the supervision of staff members and their work outputs.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
- The ability to collaborate effectively with others; well-developed oral and written communication skills
- A proven ability to problem solve and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- A driver’s license
A salary package will be negotiated commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Field Service Engineer – Wageningen, The Netherlands
In 2022, Flavourtech expanded its global footprint by opening offices and pilot plant facilities at Wageningen University & Research, located in the heart of the Netherlands’ renowned FoodValley—an international hub for food innovation.
Due to Flavourtech’s continued growth in Europe, we are seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to join our European team.
The Service Engineer will provide hands-on service and technical expertise across the Flavourtech product range, as well as associated third-party equipment. This role involves significant international travel and close collaboration with customers across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite customer service, including maintenance, commissioning, and installation of process equipment
- Perform fault finding and technical problem-solving on mechanical and process systems
- Provide maintenance and trial support for customers using the European Pilot Plant facility
- Support customers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of installed equipment
- Work safely and in compliance with all WHS and site safety requirements
- Liaise effectively with customers, internal engineering teams, and global colleagues
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Strong commitment to safe working practices
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Service Engineer working with process equipment, including: Rotating machinery, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Valves and instrumentation
- Mechanical Engineering trade qualification
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry items exceeding 15 kg
- Hold unrestricted work rights in the Netherlands
- Valid and current passport with availability for international travel
- Valid Dutch driver’s licence
Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Forklift licence
- VCA Certificate
- Experience working in food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical environments
- English fluency and experience working with diverse cultures and nationalities

- Full-time employment with an initial one-year fixed-term contract, with review to permanent employment

- Access to a discretionary bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary

- 8% holiday allowance
