After Sales Support Coordinator, Griffith NSW

We are seeking a suitable person to play a key supporting role in providing and maintaining the sales process for our After Sales Department. Duties include:
– Receiving and engaging after sales support inquiries from both domestic and international customers, via email, web and telephone
– Communicating with customers on the status of their orders
– Reading and interpreting of technical drawings
– Providing timely and accurate advice on spare parts to customers
– Preparing service quotations and parts lists
– Preparing and maintaining scopes of works and service contracts
– Preparing suppliers manuals for all projects as directed
– Liaising with suppliers and internal departments within Flavourtech
– Providing support to the Store as required

This is a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday 40 hour week, however flexibility is a must as additional hours may be required from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent organisational skills
– Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, with some experience with ERP software
– A sense of urgency to achieve results
– Commitment to customer satisfaction and service requirements
– Exceptional (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills
– Must be able to work unsupervised and also in a team environment

Some knowledge on international freight and logistics, a background or interest in mechanics, engineering, manufacturing and/or technical service, and parts interpretation is highly desired but not essential.

Manufacturing Labourer, Griffith NSW

We seek a suitable person to join our production team as a Labourer. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role entails various duties within our fabrication facility including:
– General housekeeping of Workshop and Yard.
– Fabrication of timber boxes/crates, complying with ISPM 15 Exported Timber requirements.
– Assisting with the packing of machinery and spare parts.
– Be part of a team in assisting with the assembling of processing equipment.
– Pick up and deliver of goods as required.
– Cleaning welds and markings on manufactured components.
– Working in accordance with strict Work Health and Safety guidelines. Ensure department is kept clean and tidy at all times, walkways are clear and participate in housekeeping programs.
– Other duties to assist the team as required.

This is a permanent full time role, Monday to Friday 40 hour week, however flexibility is a must as additional overtime hours may be required from time to time, including occasional Saturday work.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
– The ability to work as part of a team and independently. Be committed, self motivated and able to operate without direct supervision

Storeperson, Griffith NSW

An opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic Flavourtech team as a Storeperson. This role would be ideal for a motivated worker who has some experience and is looking to take the next step in their career. You will assist the Store to order, receive, handle, sort, and dispatch goods. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 40 hour week, however flexibility is a must as additional overtime hours may be required from time to time, including occasional Saturday work.

Your responsibilities (not limited to):
– Receiving, scanning, sorting and placing incoming goods on shelves.
– Unloading and loading of containers/vehicles of goods both inwards and outwards.
– Operating computer systems to obtain details of stock quantity and location.
– Operating machinery such as a forklift to lift, place and remove items.
– Assisting with regular stock takes and cleaning of store.
– Assisting with packing and physical movement of goods according to workload demands.
– Working in accordance with strict Work Health and Safety guidelines.  Ensure department is kept clean and tidy at all times, walkways are clear and participate in housekeeping programs.
– Other duties to assist the team as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
– Proactiveness and willingness to learn
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Projects Coordinator, Griffith NSW

Flavourtech is seeking a suitable person to join our Project Management team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the role entails a range of tasks including:
– Preparing pricing and quotations for complex, high-value capital projects
– Taking responsibility for project schedules and budgets
– Ensuring projects are set up for success, so that all deliverables meet the client’s needs and all proposed objectives are met
– Managing client relationships
– Providing support to technical and sales staff
– Developing relationships with key suppliers

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
– A degree in engineering would be an advantage, however consideration will also be given to candidates with a project management experience and sound technical background
– A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, while experience with Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, AutoCAD and/or Microsoft Project would also be an advantage
– The ability to collaborate effectively with others, especially within a multi-disciplined environment
– Excellent communication skills, well presented, with a high attention to detail
– Strong knowledge across operations, with strong financial aptitude and able to develop proposals and presentations
– Self-motivation, proven record of showing initiative and meeting deadlines

Draftsperson, Griffith NSW

An opportunity exists for a suitable person to join the Engineering team at Flavourtech. The role entails a range of tasks including:
– Preparing plant layouts to suit customer requirements.
– Designing equipment & detailing fabrication drawings for the workshop.
– Liaise with Project Managers and trades persons.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
– A Certificate IV Mechanical Engineering. A Diploma in Engineering would be considered an advantage.
– Sound drafting experience. Experience in mechanical drafting would be considered an advantage.
– A high level of proficiency in Autodesk’s Inventor and Excel is imperative or experience with AutoCAD and other 3D drafting software would be well regarded.
– The ability to collaborate effectively with others and well developed oral and written communication skills.
– A proven ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.

Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry or Chemical Process Industry would be considered an advantage, but is not essential. A salary package will be negotiated commensurate with qualifications and experience.
