Project Manager, Griffith NSW (#hiringnow https://bit.ly/3nFlfG3)

Flavourtech is seeking a suitable person to join our Project Management team. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the role entails a range of tasks including:
– Preparing pricing and quotations for complex, high-value capital projects
– Taking responsibility for project schedules and budgets
– Ensuring projects are set up for success, so that all deliverables meet the client’s needs and all proposed objectives are met
– Managing client relationships
– Providing support to technical and sales staff
– Developing relationships with key suppliers

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
– A degree in engineering, however consideration will also be given to candidates with a project management degree and sound technical background
– A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, while experience with Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, AutoCAD and/or Microsoft Project would also be an advantage
– The ability to collaborate effectively with others, especially within a multi-disciplined environment
– Excellent communication skills, well presented, with a high attention to detail
– Strong knowledge across operations, with strong financial aptitude and able to develop proposals and presentations
– Self-motivation, proven record of showing initiative and meeting deadlines

A salary package will be negotiated commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Draftsperson, Griffith NSW (#hiringnow https://bit.ly/3nFlfG3)

An opportunity exists for a suitable person to join the Engineering team at Flavourtech. The role entails a range of tasks including:
– Preparing plant layouts to suit customer requirements.
– Designing equipment & detailing fabrication drawings for the workshop.
– Liaise with Project Managers and trades persons.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
– A Certificate IV Mechanical Engineering. A Diploma in Engineering would be considered an advantage.
– Sound drafting experience. Experience in mechanical drafting would be considered an advantage.
– A high level of proficiency in Autodesk’s Inventor and Excel is imperative or experience with AutoCAD and other 3D drafting software would be well regarded.
– The ability to collaborate effectively with others and well developed oral and written communication skills.
– A proven ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.

Experience in the Food and Beverage Industry or Chemical Process Industry would be considered an advantage, but is not essential. A salary package will be negotiated commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Administration Officer, Full time position, Griffith NSW (#hiringnow https://bit.ly/3nFlfG3)

A unique opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic Flavourtech team in Griffith as an Administration Officer. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for performing a range of duties to support the operation of the business. This role will suit an individual with a basic grounding in business administration who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The role entails a range of tasks including:
– Support to the Finance team: Provide support to the Finance team including but not limited to Payroll, accounts receivables and payables, procurement, ad-hoc activities relating to Reconciliations and Banking.
– Support to Drafting and Fabrication: Capture and control documents for the drafting and fabrication processes, including registering and classifying documents, quality checking, securely storing electronic and physical documents.
– Support to HR and Safety functions: Maintain company HR and safety records including but not limited to: policies and procedures, training records, personnel files. Coordinate company onboarding, induction and exit processes, and incident reporting / injury management procedures. Oversee the company safety inspection program (eg first aid kits, fire extinguishers, housekeeping and so on).
– Support to general management: Provide administrative assistance to management including visitor and meeting management, documentation of meeting minutes, company travel system, banking and mail. Monitoring, review and purchase of company wide consumables (eg printer supplies, cleaning supplies, hygiene supplies, morning tea supplies). Maintain company policy / procedure database
– Provide support to other departments as required.

To be successful in this role, you will be:
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
– Experience with ERP systems – highly desirable, but not essential
– High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
– Proactiveness and willingness to learn
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong ability to collaborate as part of a team and able to work autonomously
– Complement our company values – driven, collaborative, focused on continuous improvement and a positive attitude

Requirements for the position are:
– 2 to 3+ years’ experience in an administration role in an operational business
– Certificate III in Administration or Bookkeeping is highly desirable, but not essential
– Current driver’s license
