Operations Administrator – Griffith NSW
A unique opportunity has become available to join the dynamic Flavourtech team in Griffith as an Operations Administrator.
In this role, you will provide a broad range of administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business. This is a permanent part-time position, working Monday to Friday, up to 30 hours per week (exact hours to be agreed with the successful candidate).
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Support to Drafting & Fabrication
Manage and control technical documentation for drafting and fabrication processes, including registering and classifying documents, performing quality checks, and securely storing both electronic and physical records.
Support to Stores
Assist with processing procedures and documentation, including goods receipting, inputting, and maintaining the Material Certificate Register.
General Administration Support
Provide administrative assistance across departments and undertake additional duties as required to support the wider team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and time management abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- A current driver’s licence
A salary package will be negotiated commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Procurement / Logistics Coordinator – Griffith NSW
We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Procurement / Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Griffith. This role plays a key part in supporting sales, project delivery, and production by ensuring accurate costing, effective supplier management, and timely procurement of components for both standard production and capital projects. In addition, the role involves coordinating logistics activities, including both local and global shipping, to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation and delivery of materials and equipment.
You will work closely with sales, engineering, project management, and production teams, requiring a good understanding of technical documentation and the ability to translate technical requirements into effective procurement decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers
- Understand technical requirements to make informed procurement decisions
- Procure specified components for capital projects
- Monitor supplier price increases and communicate impacts to relevant departments
- Work collaboratively with production, engineering, after sales, stores, electrical, and field service teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely supply
- Enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of shipping documents
- Monitoring and controlling logistics costs to stay within budget
- Collaborating with freight agents to ensure reliable delivery of shipments
About You
- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics within a manufacturing or engineering environment. We would also welcome applicants with strong administrative experience who are willing to learn, and on‑the‑job training will be provided to help develop the required procurement and logistics capabilities.
- Understanding of technical drawings, specifications, or engineered components
- Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage commercial agreements
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using ERP systems (Epicor experience highly regarded)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
- Experience supporting capital equipment or project-based manufacturing
- Exposure to supplier development or continuous improvement programs

Field Service Engineer – Wageningen, The Netherlands
In 2022, Flavourtech expanded its global footprint by opening offices and pilot plant facilities at Wageningen University & Research, located in the heart of the Netherlands’ renowned FoodValley—an international hub for food innovation.
Due to Flavourtech’s continued growth in Europe, we are seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to join our European team.
The Service Engineer will provide hands-on service and technical expertise across the Flavourtech product range, as well as associated third-party equipment. This role involves significant international travel and close collaboration with customers across Europe and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite customer service, including maintenance, commissioning, and installation of process equipment
- Perform fault finding and technical problem-solving on mechanical and process systems
- Provide maintenance and trial support for customers using the European Pilot Plant facility
- Support customers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of installed equipment
- Work safely and in compliance with all WHS and site safety requirements
- Liaise effectively with customers, internal engineering teams, and global colleagues
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Strong commitment to safe working practices
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Service Engineer working with process equipment, including: Rotating machinery, Pumps, Heat exchangers, Valves and instrumentation
- Mechanical Engineering trade qualification
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry items exceeding 15 kg
- Hold unrestricted work rights in the Netherlands
- Valid and current passport with availability for international travel
- Valid Dutch driver’s licence
Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Forklift licence
- VCA Certificate
- Experience working in food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical environments
- English fluency and experience working with diverse cultures and nationalities
